1. Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellations
1.1. Patients are kindly asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they wish to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
1.2. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting Despina’s Chiropractic through our online booking system at www.despinaschiropractic.co.uk, directly through Cliniko booking system, or via phone on +44 7716 377351 or email contact@despinaschiropractic.co.uk .
2. Exceptions
2.1. Exceptions may be considered for genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Supporting evidence may be requested.
